Privacy notice
We collect as little as we can, keep it for as short a time as we can, and tell you exactly what it is. This page explains that without legal language.

Assistant conversations
When you talk to the assistant on this site, we store the text of the conversation, its language, the country code the request came from, and the time.
We keep it for two reasons only: to follow up if you left us a way to reach you, and to improve the assistant's answers.
It is deleted automatically 90 days after the last message in it.
We do not store your IP address, and the conversation is not linked to your identity unless you give it yourself.
What is not stored
The assistant is instructed never to ask for sensitive details, and to stop you if you begin typing them.
Before a conversation is saved, its text passes through an automatic clean-up that removes API keys and access tokens, and anything written after the word “password”.
Everything else is stored as written, because phone, invoice and account numbers are exactly what we need to follow up with you.
Please don't send bank card numbers or confidential data through the chat. For confidential matters, contact us directly.
Who else processes a conversation
To generate replies, the messages are sent to Anthropic, which develops the Claude model.
Anthropic's policy states that commercial API inputs and outputs are deleted automatically within 30 days of receipt, with exceptions such as legal obligations.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the archive database sits inside our own Cloudflare account.
The consultation form
What you enter in the contact form (name, company, contact details and a description of your need) reaches us so we can answer your request, and for nothing else.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with any marketing party.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own policy applies to that message.
Analytics and cookies
We run no advertising and no advertising cookies, we don't track you across other sites, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people reach us and which pages get read. It records: the page you opened, the site that referred you, your country code, your device and browser type, and how fast the page loaded.
It uses no cookies, builds no profile of you, does not link one visit to another, and gives us no way to know who you are.
We use local browser storage for two things only: remembering that you dismissed the language suggestion bar, and holding the admin page password if you are on our team. Both stay on your device and never reach us.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your conversation or any data you sent, and we will do it straight away.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll take care of it.
