Books in order from day one, and statements you can trust
We set up your company's accounting from scratch, keep your books current month by month, and review them internally before they reach your external auditor or an investor.
Problems we solve
- The company is new and nobody knows where to start organising its accounts.
- The books run late, and financial statements arrive months after the period ends.
- The figures in the system don't match the bank balance or the stock on the floor.
- A bank, investor or parent company is asking for statements under international standards, and you don't have them.
What we deliver
Accounting system setup
A chart of accounts built around what you actually do, cost centres, a document cycle, and clear policies and approvals.
Opening balances
Assets, inventory and balances counted, valued and recorded correctly from the first day.
Monthly oversight
Entries and classifications reviewed as they happen, instead of piling up until year end.
Reconciliations & close
Bank, supplier, customer and inventory reconciliations, and a month-end close that lands on time.
Financial statements
Balance sheet, income statement, cash flows and notes, under IFRS or the standards you report on.
Internal audit
A look through the purchase, sales, cash and inventory cycles, catching gaps before they grow.
External audit preparation
The files, reconciliations and documents your auditor will ask for, ready in advance.
Specific accounting treatments
Fixed assets and depreciation, leases, long-term contracts and currency differences.
Training your finance team
We build your team's capability so they run the cycle themselves rather than depending on us every month.

Common questions
Will you work with a company that has no accounting system at all?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We start by understanding your business, then build the chart of accounts and document cycle from scratch and enter opening balances correctly.
Do you issue audited financial statements?
External audit and sign-off are done by a licensed audit firm. Our role is to set up your books, keep them current, review them internally and prepare the audit file, so what reaches the auditor is ready and the review goes smoothly.
Do we need Odoo to use this service?
No. We work on whatever system you run today, or on Excel files. And if you later move to Odoo, the right accounting structure is already in place for the system to build on.
Is this a one-off or a monthly service?
Either, or both: a one-time setup, ongoing monthly oversight, or the two together. We agree the scope and cost in writing before we start.
